Bonn — It comes as no surprise that your girls are on the move again, exploring another BONNie (teehee) city! 🤭 This time, we’ve found ourselves in the charming little German town of Bonn, which might not be on your radar, but totally should be! ✨

You only have one day? No problem. We did too — and still managed to fit in everything we wanted to do (with a few snack stops in between, obviously 🥨). So here’s a list for your first-time visit:

✨ Admire the pastel pink Altes Rathaus at Marktplatz
🎶 Pay a visit to the Beethoven-Haus (but maybe not on a Tuesday.. oops)
🎼 Snap a pic at the Beethoven Monument in Münsterplatz
⛪ Visit Bonn Minster — the city’s impressive cathedral
🌿 Walk the Poppelsdorfer Allee and end at Poppelsdorf Palace, a stunning baroque building surrounded by the Botanical Garden
🎨 Pop into the Kunstmuseum for a little modern art moment
🚲 Wander or bike along the Rhine promenade
🛍️ Window shop your way through Sternstraße and the surrounding streets
☕ Grab a coffee at a local café (because cute cafés are always a must)
🏨 Stay at Prize by Radisson, Bonn City — they’ve got the best rooftop bar with an amazing view over the water. Sunset drinks = a must. 🌇✨

Save for later! 🫶 It’s small enough to explore in a day, but cute enough to make you want to come back. Would you visit Bonn?

🎨 Wander the old town with its colorful streets and cute shops
⛪ Stop by St. Olaf’s Church – the largest medieval church in town
🕍 Peek into St. Mary’s Church and the Carmelite Monastery
🇸🇪 Walk along the harbour and wave to Sweden across the water
🚢 Visit the M/S Maritime Museum
🥐 Grab a pastry (or two) from a local bakery
🧍‍♂️ Take a photo of the Han statue (aka the Little Man of Helsingør)

Helsingør — As promised.. we went inside Hamlet’s castle. 🏰✨

Grand halls, dramatic staircases, and sea views for days — the inside of Kronborg did not disappoint. You can climb towers, explore echoey ballrooms, and even find a sleeping statue of Holger Danske in the basement — ready to wake up and defend Denmark if needed. 😴⚔️

We fully leaned into our royal era and explored every corner we could. Would you wander a castle like this, or are you more of a look-from-the-moat kind of traveler? 👑
